Jaroslava Stulakova
After studying law at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University of Bratislava, Jaroslava Stulakova moved to Italy, where she graduated at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bologna.
Jaroslava Stulakova has also a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice obtained from the “Enrico Redenti” Institute of the University of Bologna.
In 2008, Jaroslava Stulakova passed the Italian bar exam and became a member of the Bologna Bar Association with the registration number 6455.
In 2009 she became a member of the Slovak Bar Association, currently with the registration number 7473. In 2010 she became a member of the Venice Chamber of Arbitration with the registration number 486.
In addition, Jaroslava Stulakova worked as a non-tenured research fellow at the School of Economics and Political Science, Department of Politics, Law and International Studies, of the University of Padua.
In 2021, Jaroslava Stulakova completed the biennial course in Florence: Scuola di alta formazione specialistica Union Internationale des Avocates comitato nazionale italiano (formazione specialistica, area internazionalistica, diritto degli affari e dei contratti internazionali).
Jaroslava Stulakova is fluent in Italian, Czech and Slovak. She studied the English language and has a basic knowledge of Russian.
